Our delivery times are generally as follows:

Delivery usually begins within 24 hours, but in individual cases it can take up to 5 business days due to increased demand. Please note that depending on the quantity of reach ordered and the load on our networks, it may take longer for the ordered quantity to appear completely on your profile. Especially for large orders, we usually do not deliver them all at once, but divide the delivery into several steps.

Most types of reach, primarily followers, are delivered over a certain period of time, as this is sometimes not possible otherwise due to network restrictions and to make the growth look as natural as possible.

We therefore ask for your patience for a few more days after the mentioned 5 business days until the entire ordered quantity is delivered.

If your ordered reach has not yet arrived after this time, this may be due to one of the following points:

Your profile is set to private. (For the delivery of any reach, whether directly to your profile or to one of your posts, the profile must be set to public from start to completion of delivery.)
Wrong username / Wrong URL. (Please check if you have provided a correct username or a correct post URL. If not, please let us know.)

If none of these points apply and the specified delivery time has already been exceeded, we are happy to take a closer look at your case and restart the delivery if necessary.

We ask for your understanding should there have been unwanted delays. Unfortunately, due to regular updates of social networks, it is not always possible for us to avoid increased loads. Nevertheless, we always do our best to complete every order as quickly as possible and within the promised times!
